We will never act as a Dual Agent, never charge any fees (we get commsions, that's enough) and we always contribute part of our commision to a charity of choice chosen by the party that we represent.

Additionally, with our alliance with a mortgage brokerage, we will discount the mortgage for our buyers. Other companies thrive on making a lot of money from their mortgage company.

Fred Glick is the Principal Innovationist for U S Spaces, Inc. He is a sharp witted and outspoken realist for the real estate and mortgage world who has appeared on CNBC and NPR's Marketplace along with being quoted in the Philadelphia Inquirer and other media outlets.

Fred is all about running his companies as Triple Bottom Line firms. This means that People, Planet and Purpose are the guidelines that he follows.

Fred has been a Board member of the Morris Animal Refuge, member of Freddie Mac's® LP advisor committee an UpFront Mortgage Broker®, Board Member of the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS®, Board Member of the National Association of Independant Housing Professionals, HiddenCity Philadelphia and a multi selected All Star goaltender with the Wharton Wildmen hockey team at the University of Pennsylvania.
